Paragon saved my vacation! I damaged a rim while in Maine and was going to have to drive 500 miles back home on a donut. Paragon was the only place I could find in the entire state that would attempt a repair same day, or even attempt a repair at all. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and kind, they also got it done extremely fast and with amazing results. I made it home safely because of this shop! I seriously can't recommend them enough.

Like most of us searching for a place to fix curb rash on a rim, I found these guys. The fact we’re looking for a reputable place means we car about our vehicles. They did a fantastic job repairing rim scuffing on my MB CLE 53, and it was done in less than a day! Fortunate to find them, but unfortunate for me, I’ll be back soon to fix a rim on our other car. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

UPDATE 8/12/25: NO STARS. I brought the four wheels back for them to correct their mistakes. They were fast and courteous, right up until I pointed out the twenty different mistakes. Sanding marks; buildup of pigment in blobs under the clear coat; scratches on every wheel, on the front and back, but especially the back, where they were set on an abrasive surface after finishing; chips in the finish; contaminants baked into the finish; defects baked into the finish. The wheels look great from 5+ feet away. I am told there will be no refunds, and that I am lying, even after I sent 21 pictures of the damage with proof that the wheels haven't been mounted to a car yet. Paragon sells, "A complete restoration of your wheel" but tells me that, "you didn't pay for a new wheel." Fine, I didn't expect new. I expected a complete restoration, which is commonly be understood to mean "as good as new." After all, their own website say this: "Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in wheel refinishing, ensuring that your wheel will look as **good as new** in no time." Rep was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. I repeatedly offered to work out a partial refund, but they refused. Or

These guys were great. I had several ideas on how to improve my rim looks and they were able to talk me through some pros and cons. Gave several color options, and they came out looking incredible. The price was super fair, and in the end saved a ton by not upgrading factory wheels for several thousand more dollars. Turn around time was very quick. I highly recommend!
